Our HR experts are highly qualified (MSc HRM & CIPD Level 7 MCIPD), and our team are highly experienced in all matters HR and business.

You will always deal with the same HR expert when you buy this service, giving them the opportunity to build a rapport and relationship with you, and fully understand the needs of your business

How it works

1. Purchase the product

2. Email details of your enquiry to advice@octopusbusinesssolutions.co.uk

3. You will be allocated a dedicated HR Expert that will deal with your business throughout the process

3. If you have bought the Two Hours Expert Hr Support product we will be in touch to arrange the first telephone consultation with an HR expert at your earliest convenience.  You can have as many emails and phone calls as are required up to a total of two hours.

 If you have bought the Two Hours Expert HR Support by email product,  we will reply within 48 hours (it's usually much sooner!).  Again, you can have up to two hours support.

4. If you have a particularly complex issue or several topics to discuss, you can always buy additional hours as required.
